Summary:A lighting apparatus (10) comprises a light engine (12) producing ultra violet radiation. An enclosure (14) surrounds a radiation generating area of the light engine (12) to encompass the radiation. At least one wall (28) of the enclosure (14) is substantially reflective of the ultraviolet radiation. The enclosure (14) includes a replaceable top portion (30) which includes a phosphor portion (32). The phosphor portion (32) is spaced from the radiation generating area of the light engine (12) by a height of the enclosure (14). Un appareil d'éclairage (10) comporte un moteur lumineux (12) produisant un rayonnement ultraviolet. Une enceinte (14) entoure une zone de génération de rayonnement du moteur lumineux (12) pour englober le rayonnement. Au moins une paroi (28) de l'enceinte (14) est conçue pour réfléchir sensiblement le rayonnement ultraviolet. L'enceinte (14) inclut une partie supérieure remplaçable (30) qui inclut une partie à luminophore (32). La partie à luminophore (32) est espacée de la zone de génération du rayonnement du moteur lumineux (12) d'une distance égale à la hauteur de l'enceinte (14).
