L'invention concerne un imageur à l'état solide. Selon ladite invention, des zones isolées (4) sont recouvertes de lignes d'alimentation électrique (8) ; un film lenticulaire émetteur de lumière (24), dont la surface forme des parties convexes continues au-dessus des zones isolées (4) vers des zones de canal (5), est formé et un matériau émetteur de lumière présentant un indice de réfraction inférieur à celui du film lenticulaire (24) est appliqué sur ce film lenticulaire (24).
