L'invention concerne de nouveaux composés d'ammonium quaternaire de la formule (I) dans laquelle R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, et X<-> sont tels que définis dans le présent fascicule. L'invention concerne également n'importe quel stéréoisomère desdits composés qui sont utiles comme médicaments pour traiter l'asthme, un ensemble d'affections respiratoires appelé bronchopneumopathie chronique obstructive (BPCO), la rhinite allergique, la rhinorrhée due au rhume de cerveau, et l'uropathie.
