La présente invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur doté d'une structure à plaques et d'une plaque (32) de guidage du flux. La plaque (32) de guidage du flux comporte au moins un évidement (42) qui fait tourner le flux du milieu de transfert de chaleur provenant sensiblement de l'épaisseur de la plaque de manière à ce qu'il soit parallèle au plan de la plaque.
