Summary: | It is intended to provide a mechanism of designing a novel enzyme activity regulator. Paying attention to a change in the conformation of an enzyme depending on a substrate, the above problem is solved by applying the relationship between the change and catalytic activity to design of an enzyme activity controller (for example, an inhibitor). As a preferable example, a compound containing a part capable of interacting with UDP-Gal-binding site on galactose transferase and a part capable of interacting with tryptophan is provided.
La présente invention a trait à un mécanisme pour la conception d'un nouveau régulateur d'activité enzymatique. Par la prise en compte d'une modification dans la conformation d'une enzyme supportée sur un substrat, l'invention consiste en l'application de la relation entre la modification et l'activité catalytique pour la conception d'un régulateur d'activité enzymatique (par exemple, un inhibiteur). Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, l'invention propose un composé contenant une partie apte à une interaction avec un site de liaison de UDP-Gal sur la galactose transférase et une partie apte à une interaction avec un tryptophane. |
