The polymeric film back sheet is also liquid permeable such that the article may be disposed at generally any orientation within the wearer's vestibule and absorb bodily fluids at any such orientation. L'invention concerne un article absorbant interlabial destiné à être placé principalement dans le vestibule du vagin d'une utilisatrice. Cet article comprend une feuille supérieure perméable aux liquides, une feuille arrière constituée d'un film polymère et un matériau absorbant disposé entre la feuille supérieure et la feuille arrière. La feuille arrière en film polymère est également perméable aux liquides de façon que l'article puisse être disposé dans généralement n'importe quelle orientation dans le vestibule du vagin de l'utilisatrice et absorber les fluides corporels dans n'importe quelle orientation.
