In response to the identification information and position request, the position notifying device (1) determines whether the identification information acquired at this time is stored in the memory part (11). If so, the position notifying device (1) produces and transmits position information of the subject to the data terminal device (3). L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) de notification de position recueillant à partir d'un dispositif terminal de données (3) une information d'identification et une demande de position permettant de demander une information concernant la position d'un sujet, tout en mémorisant dans une partie de mémoire (11) l'information sur l'identification permettant d'identifier le dispositif terminal de données (3). Suite à l'information d'identification et à la demande de position, le dispositif (1) de notification de position détermine si l'information d'identification recueillie à ce moment est mémorisée dans la partie mémoire (11). Le cas échéant, le dispositif (1) de notification de position produit et transmet une information de position sur le sujet au dispositif terminal de données (3).
