L'invention concerne des médicaments renfermant, comme principe actif, des composés représentés par la formule générale (III) ou des sels associés ou des hydrates ou des solvates de ceux-ci, la sélectivité tissulaire de ces médicaments pouvant être métabolisée: (III), dans laquelle Q représente un parent ayant un effet médical ; X représente un substituant capable d'accroître le effet de ciblage d'un médicament ; et R2 et R3 représentent de manière indépendante un éthyle substitué par un ou plusieurs atomes d'halogène.
