La présente invention concerne des techniques permettant d'identifier des composés thérapeutiques anti-VIH substitués avec des groupes ester carboxyle ou ester phosphonate. Cette invention concerne aussi des compositions et des techniques relatives à l'hydrolase ester GS-7340.
