A method for activating water, characterized in that it comprises arranging particles comprising a simple element selected from the group consisting of silicon, titanium, nickel and samarium or comprising a carbon fluoride at a position suitable for amplifying an energy of wave nature inherent in each element or a carbon fluoride, and allowing water or an aqueous medium to stay in or pass through the field into which the energy of an active structure having a field of energy concentration between the above particles is concentrated, to thereby activate water and at the same time increase the amount of the dissolved oxygen. The method allows the activation of water with the application of no or a reduced energy to the water. La présente invention concerne un procédé qui permet d'activer de l'eau et qui se caractérise en ce que 1) il consiste à arranger des particules comprenant un élément simple sélectionné dans le groupe formé par le silicium, le titane, le nickel et le samarium ou comprenant un fluorure de carbone à un endroit approprié pour amplifier une énergie d'onde inhérente par nature dans chaque élément ou un fluorure de carbone, puis 2) à laisser l'eau ou un milieu aqueux dans un champ d'énergie dans lequel il séjourne ou bien qu'il traverse, ce champ contenant l'énergie d'une structure active ayant un champ de concentration d'énergie entre les particules, ceci activant ainsi l'eau et, en même temps, augmentant la quantité d'oxygène dissous. Ce procédé permet d'activer de l'eau sans application d'énergie à l'eau elle-même ou avec une application réduite d'énergie à l'eau.
