L'invention concerne un rotor constitué d'une pluralité de disques montés sur une tige pivotante, chaque disque comprenant des emplacements (22) destinés à des outils (20) situés sur la périphérie dudit disque, ainsi que d'autres emplacements (24) destinés à des raccords de régulation de débit. Selon l'invention, lesdits raccords de régulation de débit (14) sont interchangeables sur chaque disque, par exemple, en fonction du matériau à traiter.
