Summary:An electronic ticket or an electronic coupon is provided to a client coming to a store selling commodities and an event site, thereby enclosing the clients, improving the client collecting power, and promoting commodity sales. A rights information providing system includes a storage device for storing electronic tickets and electronic coupons and a control server 1 having the storage device. The control server 1 receives visitor-client information from an in-store terminal 2, searches a predetermined electronic ticket and an electronic coupon according to the visitor-client information, and provides the searched electronic ticket and electronic coupon to a user. L'invention concerne un ticket électronique ou un coupon électronique remis à un client entrant dans un magasin qui vend des marchandises et dans un site d'événements, ce qui permet d'encadrer les clients, d'améliorer leur pouvoir de collecte, et d'améliorer les ventes de marchandises. Cette invention a aussi pour objet un système de distribution d'informations sur les droits comprenant un dispositif de stockage servant à stocker des tickets et des coupons électroniques et un serveur de contrôle (1) doté du dispositif de stockage. Ledit serveur de contrôle (1) reçoit des informations concernant le client visiteur provenant d'un terminal de stockage (2), il recherche un ticket et un coupon électroniques prédéterminés en fonction des informations concernant le client visiteur et il remet le ticket et le coupon électroniques à un utilisateur.
