The invention further relates to processes for preparing such compounds, to pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds, and to their use as therapeutic agents. L'invention concerne des composés qui sont généralement des antagonistes du récepteur CRF-1 et qui sont représentés par les formules (I) ou (II), dans lesquelles Ar représente aryle ou hétéroaryle éventuellement substitué, R1-R4 sont tels que définis dans les spécifications; ou des isomères individuels, des mélanges racémiques ou non racémiques d'isomères, ou des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ceux-ci.
