L'invention a trait à un dispositif permettant de soutenir confortablement le corps et les membres d'enfants et d'adultes handicapés. Le dispositif est constitué d'une pluralité d'oreillers malléables (6) possédant une forme esthétique, et d'une taie d'oreiller (1). Les oreillers malléables (6), qui comportent un noyau intérieur ferme et souple (7) et une couche extérieure (8) molle et résistante, peuvent être facilement mis en forme pour être adaptés à la morphologie d'une personne.
