Cette invention concerne un dispositif pour voies aériennes. Ce dispositif comprend une structure tubulaire présentant une première région d'extrémité assortie d'une première ouverture et une second région d'extrémité assortie d'une seconde ouverture. La structure tubulaire renferme un masque qui définit la première ouverture. On trouve un ballonnet gonflable à proximité de la première région d'extrémité et un tube de guidage pouvant être en communication avec ledit ballonnet.
