A laminate for use as an outer covering of a battery which haa an aluminum foil and an inside layer, wherein a resin layer comprising (A) an aminated phenol polymer, (B) an acrylic polymer, (C) a phosphorus compound and (D) a zirconium compound is caused to be present between the aluminum foil and the inside layer. The laminate for use as an outer covering of a battery is excellent in adhesion, gas barrier−properties, and the like, and thus is suitable as an outer covering of a secondary battery, in particular, a lithium ion polymer secondary battery. L'invention concerne un stratifié destiné à être utilisé en tant que revêtement extérieur d'une batterie qui possède une feuille d'aluminium et une couche intérieure. Une couche de résine comprenant (A) un polymère phénol aminé, (B) un polymère acrylique, (C) un composé de phosphore et (D) un composé de zirconium est formée entre la feuille d'aluminium et la couche intérieure. Ce stratifié destiné à être utilisé en tant que revêtement extérieur d'une batterie présente une excellente adhérence, des propriétés d'isolation contre les gaz et similaires. C'est pourquoi il est adapté à une utilisation en tant que revêtement extérieur d'une batterie secondaire, et plus spécifiquement, d'une batterie secondaire à base de polymère ion lithium.
