Provided is a computer keyboard including a matrix panel capable of inputting keys using a conductor stick or light and a controller for transmitting input signals corresponding to the keys to a computer main body. The matrix panel has a mode conversion key and the controller further has a function of discerning a keyboard mode and a mouse mode according to the state of the mode conversion key. In the case of a mouse mode, the signal input from the matrix signal is determined at a transmission line level and processed as a mouse input signal, thereby performing a function as a mouse. The computer keyboard can be used without using hands. In particular, the handicapped can easily use a computer system. L'invention concerne un clavier d'ordinateur comprenant un panneau matriciel permettant d'activer des touches au moyen d'un stylet de commande ou d'une lumière, ainsi qu'une unité de commande destinée à émettre des signaux d'entrée correspondant à ces touches en direction d'un corps principal d'ordinateur. Le panneau matriciel comporte une touche de conversion de mode, l'unité de commande possédant également une fonction consistant à identifier un mode clavier et un mode souris selon l'état de cette touche de conversion de mode. Dans le cas d'un mode souris, l'entrée de signal à partir du signal matriciel est déterminée au niveau d'une ligne de transmission et traitée sous la forme d'un signal d'entrée de souris, d'où l'exécution d'une fonction de type souris. Ce clavier informatique peut s'utiliser sans les mains, d'où une utilisation facilitée du système informatique pour une personne handicapée.
