Said composition is of particular interest when the cationic lipid is DC chol. L'invention concerne une composition vaccinale comprenant au moins un antigène, un lipide cationique et un oligonucléotide immunostimulant. Cette composition vaccinale est particulièrement destinée à l'induction d'une réponse immunitaire de type Th1 et d'une réponse T cytotoxique lors de son administration par voie parentérale, et à l'induction d'une réponse immunitaire de type Th2 lors de son administration par voie muqueuse. Cette composition vaccinale est d'un intérêt particulier lorsque le lipide cationique est du DCchol.
