The invention relates to a method of processing a communication in a communications system, the method comprising setting up a communication between subscriber A (MSA) and subscriber B (MSB). The method comprises receiving a communication initiation from subscriber A (MSA), transmitting, in response to the communication initiation, an enquiry about whether subscriber B (MSB) is willing to pay for a communication from said subscriber A by means of network elements of the communications system, and if subscriber B (MSB) is willing to pay for the communication according to the enquiry, connecting a communication between subscriber A (MSA) and subscriber B (MSB) automatically by the network elements of the communications system so that subscriber B (MSB) is defined as the payer of the communication. L'invention concerne un procédé relatif au traitement d'une communication dans un système de communication, qui consiste à établir une communication entre un abonné A (MSA) et un abonné B (MSB). Le procédé consiste à recevoir une demande d'établissement de communication de la part de l'abonné A (MSA), et à répondre en demandant à l'abonné B (MSB) s'il est disposé à payer la communication établie par l'abonné A, par le biais des éléments de réseau du système de communication. Si l'abonné B (MSB) est disposé à payer la communication, comme cela lui est demandé, la connexion est établie automatiquement entre les deux abonnés A (MSA) et B (MSB), par le biais des éléments de réseau du système de communication, si bien que l'abonné B (MSB) est défini comme l'abonné payant la communication.
