Summary: | A scintillator (3) continuing from the surface of a photodetector (22) to neighboring side wall (25) portions is formed on an imaging substrate (2) having the photodetector (22) consisting of a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements (21) two-dimensionally arranged in the vicinities of the corners of a substrate (20), and side wall (25) portions are allowed to abut against one another to produce a large screen.
On crée sur un substrat d'imagerie (2) un scintillateur (3) formant une continuité depuis la surface d'un photodétecteur (22) jusqu'à des parties de paroi latérale (25) avoisinantes. Ce substrat (2) comporte le photodétecteur (22) constitué par une pluralité d'éléments de conversion photoélectrique (21) disposés en deux dimensions à proximité des coins d'un substrat (20). On laisse les parties de paroi latérale (25) venir en butée l'une contre l'autre, de manière à obtenir un écran fortement dimensionné. |
