Also disclosed are polypeptides encoded by these nucleic acid sequences, and antibodies, which immunospecifically-bind to the polypeptide, as well as derivatives, variants, mutants, or fragments of the aforementioned polypeptide, polynucleotide, or antibody. The invention further discloses therapeutic, diagnostic and reserch methods for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disorders involving any one of these novel human nucleic acids and proteins. L'invention concerne des séquences d'acides nucléiques codant des polypeptides associés au récepteur couplé aux protéines G. L'invention concerne également des polypeptides codés par ces séquences d'acide nucléique, et des anticorps, se fixant de façon immunospécifique sur ce polypeptide, ainsi que des dérivés, des variants, des mutants, ou des fragments dudit polypeptide, polynucléotide, ou anticorps. L'invention concerne également des méthodes de thérapie, de diagnostic et de recherche destinées au diagnostic, au traitement et à la prévention de troubles associés à ces nouveaux acides nucléiques humains et à ces nouvelles protéines humaines.
