Compounds represented by the following general formula (I) wherein the ring A represents benzene, cyclohexane, pyridine, piperidine, a derivative thereof, imidazole, a derivative thereof, etc.; the ring B represents benzene, cyclohexane, pyrrole, a derivative thereof, furan, thiophene, etc.; R , R and R represent each hydrogen, alkyl, halogeno, hydroxy, alkoxy, etc.; W represents hydrogen, alkyl or hydroxycarbonylalkyl; X represents halogeno, cyano, nitro, etc.; X' represents hydrogen, halogeno, etc.; and Y represents alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, hydroxycarbonylalkyl, aminoalkyl, etc.; salts thereof and drugs comprising these compounds. Because of having an excellent effect of inhibiting activated lymphocyte proliferation, these compounds are useful as preventives or remedies for various autoimmune diseases. L'invention concerne des composés représentés par la formule générale (I): dans laquelle le cycle A représente un cycle benzène, cyclohexane, pyridine, pipéridine, un dérivé de ces cycles, un cycle imidazole, un dérivé de ce cycle, le cycle B représentant un cycle benzène, cyclohexane, pyrrole, un dérivé de ces cycles, un cycle furane, thiophène, ou un autre cycle. Dans cette formule, R , R et R représentent chacun un groupe hydrogène, alkyle, halogèno, hydroxy, alkoxy, ou un autre groupe, W représente un groupe hydrogène, alkyle ou hydroxycarbonylalkyle, X représente un groupe halogèno, cyano, nitro, ou un autre groupe, X' représente un groupe hydrogène, halogèno, ou un autre groupe, et Y représente un groupe alkyle, hydroxyalkyle, hydroxycarbonylalkyle, aminoalkyle ou un autre groupe. L'invention concerne aussi des sels de ces composés et des médicaments comprenant ces composés. En raison de leur très bon effet d'inhibition de la prolifération de lymphocytes activés, ces composés sont utiles comme préventifs ou comme remèdes pour différentes maladies auto-immunes.
