L'invention concerne un élément d'inductance et un boîtier. L'élément d'inductance comprend un noyau magnétique de type à enroulement présentant une portion creuse formée par enroulement d'un ruban magnétique, et une sortie présentant une dimension en coupe plus petite que le diamètre interne de la portion creuse du noyau magnétique et passant devant ladite portion creuse. Une distance d'isolement est ménagée entre le noyau magnétique et la sortie. Le boîtier comprend une multitude d'éléments combinés entre eux; ces éléments sont combinés entre eux sur une surface comprenant une ou plusieurs lignes de crête de boîtier.
