Summary:Absorbent article such as a diaper, an incontinence guard, a pantyliner or a sanitary napkin, including a liquuid-pervious topsheet (3), a liquid-impermeable backsheet (2), and an absorbent body (4) enclosed therebetween, wherein said topsheet (3) and absorbent body (4) either directly or via at least one intermediate layer are joined by means of partly a first adhesive (5) and partly by means of a second adhesive (6). The surface which is constituted of said topsheet (3) and which is adhesively joined with said first adhesive (5) and said second adhesive (6) is formed into a three-dimensional structure having alternating raised (8) and recessed regions (7), wherein said first adhesive (5) is arranged in the recessed regions (7) and said second adhesive (6) is arranged in said raised regions (8). L'invention porte sur un article absorbant tel qu'une couche pour bébé, une protection pour incontinence, une protection pour slip ou une serviette hygiénique. Cet article comprend une feuille supérieure perméable au liquide (3) et une feuille inférieure imperméable au liquide (2) entre lesquelles est renfermé un corps absorbant (4). La feuille supérieure (3) et le corps absorbant (4) sont réunis, soit directement, soit au moyen d'une couche intermédiaire, en partie par un premier adhésif (5) et en partie par un second adhésif (6). La surface constituée de la feuille supérieure (3) et réunie de manière adhésive au moyen du premier adhésif (5) et du second adhésif (6) a la forme d'une structure tridimensionnelle comportant des régions alternées de type creux (7) et de type bosses (8). Le premier adhésif (5) est placé dans les creux (7) et le second adhésif (6) sur les bosses (8).
