Summary:A portable storing medium and its recorder which can input and output automatically and efficiently an image and text data off-line to from digital copy machine, scanner, printer, facsimile, portable telephone, liquid crystal projector, TV receiver, and the like. The portable storing medium stores a plurality of data files, as well as job information integrated in one job file and required for executing specified processing on a plurality of designated data files. A job file has a plurality of job information blocks each specified to have a fixed size, for storing a plurality of pieces of job information, and each of the plurality of job information blocks includes identification information indicative of whether that job information block is in use or not. Cette invention concerne un support de stockage portable et son enregistreur qui peuvent recevoir et produire automatiquement et efficacement, hors connexion, une image et des données texte en direction et en provenance d'une photocopieuse numérique, d'un scanner, d'une imprimante, d'un télécopieur, d'un téléphone portable, d'un projecteur à cristaux liquides, d'un récepteur de télévision, etc. Le support de stockage portable stocke une pluralité de fichiers de données, ainsi que des informations de travail intégrées dans un fichier de travail et servant à exécuter un traitement spécifié sur une pluralité de fichiers de données déterminés. Un tel fichier de travail comporte une pluralité de blocs d'information de travail qui chacun présentent une taille déterminée, assurent le stockage d'une pluralité d'éléments d'information et renferment une information d'identification permettant de savoir si tel bloc d'information de travail est utilisé ou non.
