The composition of the invention preferably contains an essentially alcohol-free solvent and is essentially free of oil-based components. La présente invention concerne une composition aqueuse topique contenant un agent anti-inflammatoire non soluble dans l'eau, de préférence un corticostéroïde tel que l'acétate de diflorasone, et en particulier une composition topique se présentant sous la forme d'un gel ou d'une lotion. La composition de l'invention contient de préférence un solvant essentiellement sans alcool et elle est essentiellement dépourvue de composants à base d'huile.
