Summary: | A process and apparatus for the application of a solid photopolymerizable paint to flat surfaces of products, which said process involves spreading a molten mass of the said paint on the said surfaces and curing the layer of paint thus obtained, so as to produce a coating which adheres to the product. Unlike known spray-painting processes, the process to which the invention relates offers the advantage of totally eliminating dust formation and reducing the thickness of the coating applied to the surfaces of the product, at the same time improving its dimensional uniformity. |
