L'invention concerne une nouvelle méthode de traitement du vitiligo, consistant à utiliser un laser à excimère émettant une lumière dans le spectre UVB. Cette invention comprend une méthode permettant d'augmenter progressivement l'exposition des zones atteintes de vitiligo à une lumière laser UVB provenant d'un laser à excimère afin de restaurer la pigmentation des zones de la peau atteintes de vitiligo.
