Summary:An apparatus and method for automated creation of investment transaction term sheets is disclosed. The system for creation of term sheets incorporates a network based architecture (100). In the preferred embodiment, the term sheet generated can be reviewed and edited in a standard word processor (106). On décrit un appareil et un procédé utilisés pour créer de manière automatisée des lettres d'intention pour des transactions d'investissement. Le système qui permet de créer des lettres d'intention comprend une architecture (100) fondée sur un réseau. Le système (102) crée la lettre d'intention sur la base des entrées d'un professionnel (108) de l'investissement qui concernent les détails spécifiques de la transaction d'investissement. Dans la forme de réalisation préférée, la lettre d'intention générée peut être revue et éditée dans un système (106) de traitement de texte standard.
