Double-layered makeup cosmetics with the combined use of an undercoat material for the first layer with a finishing material for the second layer each comprising the following composition. The composition of the undercoat material for the first layer: 1) a composition containing a silicone oil having a viscosity of 15,000,000 or less at 25 DEG C and a powdery component; 2) a composition containing a silicone-polysaccharide compound, a silicone oil having a low viscosity and/or a powdery component; or 3) a composition containing i) a silicone oil, ii) a specific polyether-denatured silicone, iii) water and iv) a hydrophobic powder. The composition of the finishing material for the second layer: 1 to 100% by weight, based on the finishing material, of a powder wherein both of the direct reflection and the diffusion reflection are regulated. L'invention concerne des cosmétiques doubles couches utilisant une matière de sous-couche pour la première couche et une matière de finition pour la seconde couche. La matière de sous-couche de la première couche se compose: 1) d'une composition contenant une huile de silicone présentant une viscosité de 15,000,000 ou moins à 25 DEG C et un composant en poudre; 2) d'une composition contenant un composé silicone-polysaccharide, une huile de silicone présentant une faible viscosité et/ou un composant en poudre; ou 3) une composition contenant i) une huile de silicone, ii) une silicone spécifique dénaturée exempte de polyéther, iii) de l'eau et iv) une poudre hydrophobe. La matière de finition pour la seconde couche se compose: d'entre 1 et 100 % en poids de la matière de finition d'une poudre dans laquelle la réflexion directe et la réflexion par diffusion sont régulées.
