Summary:A process for production of cis-dichloro-(trans-1-1,2-cyclohexanediamine)platinum(II) complex, based on treatment of 1 mol of alkali metal tetrachloroplatinate(II) in an aqueous solution with 0.9 to 1.7 mol of trans-1-1,2-cyclohexanediammonium tartrate at pH of the reaction mixture between 7 and 12 obtained by alkalinisation by an alkali metal hydroxide, followed by separation of the solid product from the aqueous reaction medium. L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un complexe cis-dichloro-(trans-1-1,2-cyclohexanediamine)platine(II), basé sur le traitement d'une mole de tétrachloroplatinate(II) de métal alcalin en solution aqueuse avec de 0,9 à 1,7 mole de tartrate de trans-1-1,2-cyclohexanediammonium, à un pH du mélange de réaction compris entre 7 et 12 obtenue par alcalinisation d'un hydroxyde de métal alcalin, puis par séparation du produit solide du milieu de réaction aqueux.
