The present invention relates to a protein (designated FIRE) which is preferentially expressed in dendritic cells stimulatory to T cells, macrophages and their precursors and to nucleic acid sequences encoding this protein. The invention also relates to uses of the protein and nucleic acids. Cette invention se rapporte à une protéine (appelée FIRE) qui est de préférence exprimée dans les cellules dendritiques stimulant les lymphocytes T, les macrophages et leurs précurseurs, ainsi qu'à des séquences d'acides nucléiques codant cette protéine. Cette invention concerne également des utilisations de cette protéine et de ces acides nucléiques.
