La présente invention concerne un moule de brosse composite. Ce moule comprend: a) un composant métallique (12) qui inclut un motif de trous partant d'une première surface du composant métallique et rejoignant une seconde surface de ce composant métallique, ces trous (20) étant agencés de façon à recevoir des touffes qui comprennent au moins un poil, et b) un composant de plastique (14) qui inclut un motif de doigts (32) qui correspond au motif de trous, ces doigts se situant dans les trous de façon à former des parois d'extrémité.
