An actuating means (6, 7) is provided for moving the bar (3) in and out of the body means (2) such that in use the body means (2) is held in the hands of a user and the cleaning bar (3) protrudes out of the said body (2) and is in contact with the surface to be cleaned. Cette invention concerne un applicateur (1) du type à abrasifs pour nettoyage surfaces dures qui est destiné au nettoyage de barres. Cet applicateur (1) comprend un corps (2) définissant un espace creux et une barre pleine ou un tampon (4) comportant une dose efficace d'agent abrasif et qui est monté mobile dans l'espace creux. Un dispositif actionneur (6, 7) permet de faire coulisser la barre (3) dans le corps (2) de sorte que pendant l'emploi, le corps (2) soit tenu par la mains de l'utilisateur et que la barre de nettoyage (3) dépasse du corps (2) et soit en contact avec la surface à nettoyer.
