La présente invention concerne des médicaments concomitants de prévention et de traitement de l'infection par des bactéries Gram positives, caractérisés en ce que l'on administre soit simultanément, soit séparément à intervalles réguliers, au moins un antimicrobien au beta -lactame présentant un effet inhibiteur sur le staphylocoque, et au moins un antimicrobien appartenant au groupe des tétracycline, quinolone, amino-glycoside, et stéroïde.
