Summary:Waste liquid and night soil discharged from the industry agriculture stock farming, and so forth can be cleaned reliably and safely by a simple operation at low cost. The liquid such as waste liquid is mixed in a magnetic field to reduce liquid molecules and colloidal particles and to charge them, colloidal particles are flocculated, the flocculates are quickly separated from the liquid molecules by means of a mesh member to which voltage is applied, the liquid molecules and colloidal particles are further reduced and charged by application of AC high voltage, the flocculates are completely separated from the colloidal particles by radiating high-frequency electromagnetic waves, and thus activated liquid is produced. L'invention concerne le nettoyage fiable et sûr d'effluents et de matières de vidange provenant de l'élevage agricole sur un plan industriel. Ce nettoyage consiste à mélanger les effluents dans un champ magnétique, afin de réduire les molécules liquides et les particules colloïdales et de les charger, à provoquer la floculation des particules colloïdales, à séparer rapidement les floculats des molécules liquides, au moyen d'un tamis auquel on applique une certaine tension, puis à réduire ultérieurement les molécules liquides et les particules colloïdales et à les charger en leur appliquant une tension élevée en courant alternatif, et à séparer complètement les floculats des particules colloïdales par rayonnement d'ondes électromagnétiques haute fréquence, de manière à produire un liquide activé.
