A hand-held cleaning device (10) includes a hollow body member (12) having an interior portion (22) and an exterior portion (14), the interior portion comprising a plurality of separate reservoirs (24, 24'), an abrasive surface (18) attached to the exterior portion of the hollow body member, and at least one passage (28, 28') leading from each reservoir (24, 24') to the abrasive surface (18). The present invention also relates to a cleaning system comprising a hand-held cleaning device (10) and a refilling dock (34).
