A recording and/or reproducing device using a disk cartridge, comprising a base (36) on which a rotating drive mechanism (41) which drivingly rotates a disk stored in a disk cartridge is provided, a holder which holds the disk cartridge and is installed on the base (36) movably between a first position where the disk is installed on the rotating drive mechanism (41) and a second position higher than the first position where the disk is moved away from the rotating drive mechanism (41), and an eject lever (111) which is displaced elastically from a position where it is projected to the inside of the holder by the disk cartridge inserted into the holder to a position where it is positioned along the rear side of the holder, wherein, when the eject lever (111) is displaced elastically to the position where it is positioned along the rear of the holder, its locking piece (119) is engaged with the holder moved to the first position, the holder is moved from the first position to the second position so as to release the state of the engagement with the holder, and the disk cartridge is projected from the holder by its elastic recovery. Cette invention concerne un dispositif d'enregistrement et/ou de reproduction avec cartouche pour disque. Ce dispositif comprend un socle (36) sur lequel repose un mécanisme d'entraînement en rotation (41) faisant tourner un disque logé dans une cartouche pour disque, un support qui maintient la cartouche pour disque et est monté mobile sur le socle (36) entre une première position de montage du disque sur le mécanisme d'entraînement (41) et une seconde position où le disque se désolidarise dudit mécanisme. Le dispositif comprend également un levier d'éjection (111) qui, par effet de ressort, passe d'une position où il est comprimé à l'intérieur du support par la cartouche et où il est ramené à l'arrière du support par effet de ressort. En passant de la première à la seconde position, l'élément de verrouillage (119) du levier libère celui-ci du support, et la cartouche pour disque est éjectée sous l'effet de la détente du ressort.
