The average value of the transmission spectrum of the system across the wavelength range 400 nm-470 nm is between 0% and 30% and the average value of the transmission spectrum across the wavelength range 470 nm-700 nm is between 0% and 70%. The transmission spectrum of the system has a first local minimum in transmission between 400 nm-470 nm.
