Summary:A method to calibrate a printer in which printing of a first print job is controlled. A target color is obtained from a second print job that is to be printed subsequent to the first print job. Printing of the target color obtained from the second print job is controlled while controlling printing of the first print job. An image of the printed target color is received. The printer is calibrated using the printed target color in the received image and the target color obtained from the second print job.
