Summary:The card connector includes a socket for inserting a tray, the socket having an ejector for ejecting the inserted tray in response to a pushing operation performed using a pin inserted into a through-hole in the tray, and a lock portion extending from the proximal portion of the socket in an oblique direction vertically with respect to the insertion direction of the tray and engaging an engaged portion of the tray on the proximal side of the ejector, the lock portion being disengaged from the engaged portion of the tray by the leveling action of the pin inserted into the through-hole, and the ejector being pushed in by the pin having leveled the lock portion.
