Summary:An electronic device displays a first application. The device detects a user input requesting an operation of a first type, and displays a user interface with application icons. Each application icon in the application icons corresponds to a respective application that is capable of performing the operation of the first type when stored in the memory of the device. The application icons include one or more application icons that correspond to one or more applications that are stored in the memory of the device and one or more application icons that correspond to one or more applications that are not stored in the memory of the device. The device detects activation of an application icon, in the application icons, that corresponds to a second application that is not stored in the memory of the electronic device, and installs the second application in the memory of the device.
