Summary:A liquid ejection apparatus includes an ejection head having nozzles that eject liquid, a strap member that holds the liquid ejected from the ejection head, a feeding roller and a winding roller around which the strap member is wound, and a driving source that rotates the winding roller, wherein a flash point of the liquid that is held in the strap member is 95 degrees Celsius or more, and the driving source is disposed at a position closer to the winding roller than to the feeding roller.
