Summary:In a CR oscillation circuit, resistance elements forming a series circuit include a first resistance element having a large temperature coefficient of resistance and a second resistance element having a smaller temperature coefficient of resistance than the first resistance element. At least one of a capacitor and an oscillation resistance element is trimmable. A first switching circuit connected between the series circuit and a non-inverting input terminal of a comparator is turned on when an output signal of the comparator is at a high level, and a second switching circuit is turned on when the output signal is at a low level.
