Summary:This invention relates to a baby bottle made from a polyester composition comprising a polyester further comprising 80 to 100 mole % terephthalic acid residues, 0 to 20 other diacid residues, 30 to 40 mole % 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutanediol residues and 60 to 70 mole % 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol residues, wherein the total diol residues equal 100 mole % and the total diacid residues equal 100 mole %. These baby bottles are unique in that they provide an alternative to baby bottles made from polycarbonate and they provide good heat resistance, good toughness, and good chemical resistance.
