Summary:A method in accordance with the present disclosure may include identifying a first set of visits to one or more webpages by a first participant of a social network, determining whether the first participant received a social annotation during the visit to the webpages, calculating a first total number of missed social annotations for each of the webpages for the first participant of the social network based on the first set of visits to the webpages and the determined social annotations received during the visit to the webpages, determining a combined calculation of missed social annotations for each of the webpages based at least in part on the total number of missed social annotations for each of the webpages for the first participant and the total number of missed social annotations for each of the webpages for the second participant, generating an indication for a third participant.
