Summary:The present invention relates to a composition containing a particulate solid, a non-polar organic medium, and a compound obtained/obtainable by reacting an aromatic amine with hydrocarbyl-substituted acylating agent, wherein the hydrocarbyl-substituted acylating agent is selected from the group consisting of an oligomer or polymer from condensation polymerization of a hydroxy-substituted C10-30 carboxylic acid into a polyester, an optionally hydroxy-substituted C10-30 carboxylic acid, a C10-30-hydrocarbyl substituted acylating agent, and a polyolefin-substituted maleic anhydride. The invention further provides compositions for inks, thermoplastics, plasticizers, plastisols, crude grinding and flush.
