Summary:A plurality of base transceiver stations and at least one extension device are connected, via an IP network that uses internet protocol. The extension device shares resources of the base transceiver stations by arbitrary changing a connection relationship between the base transceiver stations and the extension devices. When a mobile terminal communicates with a core network, the extension device uses the resources of at least one base transceiver stations according to fluctuation in the amount of traffic.
