Summary:An organic EL device having excellent light-emitting properties, particularly a long lifetime, by controlling a balance between a hole and an electron, which is required for light-emitting in the organic EL device, includes a structure in which an anode, an organic layer including a light-emitting layer, and a cathode are stacked on a substrate in this order, wherein the light-emitting layer includes two or more different light-emitting materials, and a difference in photoluminescence peak wavelength between the two or more different light-emitting materials is about 50 nm or less.
