Summary:A light emission device and a display having the light emission device are provided. The light emission device includes first and second substrates arranged opposite to each other, an electron emission unit provided on the first substrate, a light emission unit provided on the second substrate, and spacers that are supportably disposed between the first and second substrates. The spacers are formed in a pillar configuration and each side of the spacers is arranged at an acute angle with respect to an edge of driving electrodes of the electron emission unit.
